Dofollow Link: These links allow the link juice to flow from a website to another. It is very important for increasing rank of any website. By default all the links you add to your blog posts are dofollow. Now see its example.

Nofollow Links: These links do not allow the link juice to flow. There is no vale of these links in search engines. But It has a positive point also, it gives your blog profile a natural look. With submitting your blog to blog directories will also drive you some traffic. There are more than 300 blog directories but all directories are not high quality. So, only submit your blog to high-quality web directories.
